What We Offer

Three ways to sit at the table

Each arrangement below is set out as general education and organisational support. None replaces qualified professional advice.

Family conversation workshop

What this is not: This is not counselling, mediation, legal advice, or any form of regulated professional service. Facilitators do not assess individual situations.

Workshop · 4 Evenings

Family Conversation Workshops

A four-evening group session on how families talk when something difficult needs deciding — a household move, an ageing parent's arrangements, sharing a daily routine. Groups are kept to six households.

  • Listening structures and turn-taking
  • How to hold a family meeting
  • Writing down what was agreed
  • Closing a conversation that goes nowhere

RM 540 per household

Household document organisation

What this is not: We do not read documents for legal meaning, advise on their implications, or act in any regulated capacity. All interpretation questions are referred to qualified professionals.

Clerical · 3 Sessions

Household Document Organisation

A three-session engagement building one calm, indexed folder for the paperwork a family holds — identification documents, school records, tenancy papers, insurance certificates, and correspondence.

  • Full inventory of existing documents
  • Scanning what should be duplicated
  • Printed contents page for any family member
  • Issuing body noted for each item

RM 1,240 per household

Family meeting facilitation programme

What this is not: The facilitator holds no view, proposes no solution, and produces nothing binding. Where regulated expertise is needed, the meeting pauses and a referral list is provided.

Programme · 3 Months

Family Meeting Facilitation Programme

Six facilitated meetings across three months for households navigating a longer transition. A neutral facilitator sets agenda, keeps time, ensures each person speaks, and circulates a plain written summary.

  • Agenda set with all parties beforehand
  • Plain written record after each meeting
  • Shared scheduling calendar
  • Closing session included

RM 4,300 per arrangement

How We Work

What makes the table different

Equal weight for every voice

Sessions are structured so that quieter members are heard alongside louder ones. No one holds the floor.

Clear about what we are not

Every session starts with a boundaries panel. We name what falls outside our scope and point to the right professional.

Written records you keep

Meeting summaries and document inventories are produced in plain language and handed to you at the end of each session.

No pressure, no selling

The page is arranged like a table, not a stage. No countdown timers, no urgency, no upsell at the end of a session.

Small groups only

Workshop groups are capped at six households. Facilitation programmes handle one household at a time.

Based in Kuala Lumpur

All sessions take place at our Jalan Ampang address or, where agreed in advance, at a neutral venue convenient to the household.

Common Questions

Things people usually ask first

What exactly does a facilitator do in your sessions?

A facilitator sets the agenda with all parties beforehand, keeps time, makes sure each person has a turn to speak, and writes a plain summary of what was said and what everyone agreed to try. The facilitator does not hold an opinion, propose a solution, or produce anything binding. Where any participant raises a matter that needs a qualified professional, the session pauses and we provide a referral list.

Is this counselling or therapy?

No. None of what we offer is counselling, therapy, mediation, or any form of regulated professional practice. We provide general information about how families structure conversations and how to organise household paperwork. For anything that requires a regulated professional — legal, psychological, financial, or medical — we will point you to appropriate resources.

Who should not come to these sessions?

If your household is dealing with a matter that requires legal resolution, mental health support, or any kind of formal assessment, our sessions are not the right starting point. We will gladly suggest where to look. These sessions are also not for situations where there is a risk to anyone's safety.

How long does a document organisation engagement take?

The household document organisation runs across three sessions, typically spread over two to three weeks depending on how much paperwork needs sorting. Each session is around two hours. At the end you receive a printed contents page and a digital copy of your index.

Do sessions take place at your Jalan Ampang address?

Workshop groups meet at our Jalan Ampang premises. For the facilitation programme, we can meet at a neutral venue that suits all members of the household, provided it is within the Klang Valley. Document organisation sessions normally take place at your home, where the paperwork is.

What happens if someone in the meeting needs to talk to a lawyer or doctor?

The meeting pauses. We note the matter that was raised, and we provide a written referral list of relevant professional bodies and public services. The session does not resume on that topic until the participant has had an opportunity to seek appropriate advice.

Are prices per person or per household?

Prices are per household. The workshop fee of RM 540 covers all members of one household attending the four evenings. The document organisation fee of RM 1,240 covers one household's complete paperwork. The facilitation programme at RM 4,300 covers all six meetings for one household across three months.
